The face-to-face event will be held in Bangkok in Term 2 with dates to be confirmed in the coming weeks. This stage will involve an extended Quest and enrichment opportunities for all students in attendance. Students residing outside of Thailand who can't make the event can participate remotely in the Quest aspect and still qualify for the Finals.
Top-performing students from the Invitational Stage will receive invitations, with guaranteed entry for the top 2 students per year/grade group per school and the top 10% of students per country per year/grade group. Trophies will be presented for the School Leagues, and notable performances from the Invitationals will be celebrated. It is the expectation that teachers will accompany their students to the event.
